Our five days in Asheville were memorable beyond belief:

hiking through the blue ridge mountains, unexpected lunch breaks along the parkway, late-night laughs around the campfire, dropping into our creative side in the river arts district, creating our own bowls on the wheel, picnicking with the most gorgeous sunset at max patch, zip lining through the trees early in the morning, facing our fears, sharing our secrets, healing our inner child, smelling and collecting wildflowers around every corner, enjoying cold beers post-hike at the downtown breweries, cooking around the campfire, sam-surprise deserts, and much more!

It was an absolutely amazing trip, and I think I will cherish the memories for as long as I live. As a mom of 2 I feel like I am always prioritizing everyone else’s needs above mine and the retreat was literally the reset I needed. I don’t think we could have had a better group. I feel like I had a connection with everyone and I could have never have dreamt the female camaraderie and support I would experience..
Lindsay and Sam you guys are amazing. I literally could not even think of something you ladies could do better. It’s hard to believe you guys have only done a few of these because you seem to have everything down to a T. I will absolutely try to do another of your retreats in the future!
I would have to say my favorite memory was our sunset trip to Max Patch. A stunning hike with endless beauty. At the end of the day I learned I really need to take more time to myself getting out in nature and disconnecting from technology. I really can’t thank you ladies enough for allowing me to have this once in a lifetime experience
